As an introvert, speaking up does not come naturally to me. However, I've found that when I stay silent on my feelings, my health suffers. It's important to let others know how you're feeling and what matters to you. This goes for how you feel about yourself and the world around you.
It can feel uncomfortable to speak up, but silence doesn't solve problems. Today settle for less silence so you can use your voice - whether it's asking for help or offering help - your voice matters.
