Settle for Less Clutter

Clutter, whether it be trash or something we just aren't using takes up space. Settle for less of it by taking time to organize. Sorting unused items into trash, recycle, and donate piles can be refreshing, and once you've followed through, you'll have a clean space to enjoy.
Clutter isn't always physical, so take a moment to reflect on what clutter you're keeping in your mind. Is there a regret or grudge that's cluttering your mind? Make time to take "stinking thoughts" out just like you find time to take out physical trash. Removing clutter from your mind may involve journaling, making amends, or taking action. The work you put into removing clutter from your mind will be worth it because a clutter free mind works and feels better.
Settle for less clutter, so you have more room to breathe!
